Shrewsbury Baptist Church (incorporating Claremont Baptist Church and Crowmoor Baptist Church), is a community of people, from all walks of life, drawn together by a common faith in Jesus Christ. We share a desire to build relationships with each other and with God as we explore what life's about and how faith can impact on all that we are and everything we do.

Situated at the heart of the historic town of Shrewsbury, Claremont’s story began in 1620 (use the History tab to find out more).  Our vision in the 21st Century is that, through faithful Bible teaching, heartfelt worship and compassionate service, we can show that the historic teachings of the Christian faith are relevant to an ever-changing world.

Please note: As stated above, Claremont & Crowmoor Baptist Churches are now one church with the working title of SHREWSBURY BAPTIST CHURCH.
